PRIPREMA RECEPTA Goveđa juha s mnogo povrća:

Zeleni luk sitno nasjeckajte i skuhajte u nauljenoj vodi. Meso narezano na komade, dodajte luku. U međuvremenu ogulite povrće i sitno ga nasjeckajte. Nakon što je meso napola skuhano, dodajte povrće narezano na kockice. Kuhati cca. 30 minuta. Juhu začinite solju i paprom. Prilikom posluživanja pospite sitno sjeckanim peršinom i arišom.
